PRIC TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED Cancellation and Refund Policy

I.
By
purchasing a plan, you acknowledge and consent to automatic renewal of your
subscription, with charges occurring on a recurring basis until cancellation,
which may take effect after the next billing cycle.
II.
If
your subscription is set to auto-renew, you can cancel it by adjusting your
account settings or through relevant options in third-party applications if
applicable. Alternatively, you can reach out to our customer care or email us
at support@thepric.com . Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will deactivate
the auto-renewal feature.
III.
After
cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your
current billing cycle.
IV.
Refunds are not available for cancelled or unused paid subscriptions.
Even if you don’t utilize your subscription, you’ll maintain access until the
end of your current billing cycle, but no refund will be provided for unused
portions.
V.
Deleting
your account forfeits any remaining paid time or services, and you acknowledge
and agree to this forfeiture during the deletion process, with no refund for
the service.
VI.
Maintenance
charges, if applicable, are non-refundable once paid, including convenience or
platform fees.
VII.
We
do not impose or collect any fees, charges, or payments directly from End Users
(as outlined in our Terms and Conditions). Instead, any fees or payments owed
by End Users are payable to you and may be collected by us on your behalf. As a
result, we do not provide refunds to End Users for any payments made to you.
VIII.
Modification:
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time,
including reflecting legal or service changes. Your continued use of the
service after amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These
terms should be understood alongside our complete Terms and Conditions, where all defined terms carry the
same meanings.
