In our ongoing efforts to ensure “PRIC” remains a trusted platform, we have developed these Community Guidelines to complement our Terms and Conditions. They detail the behaviour’s we prohibit to maintain a safe environment for you and your audience. Please take a few minutes to review these guidelines, as your use of “PRIC” signifies your agreement to abide by them.

Information Sharing Restrictions:

1. Do not use “PRIC” Upload adult media (e.g., images, videos), including nudity, to your “PRIC” profile, avatar, link thumbnails, background, PDFs, or Link Apps such as Store product images.
2. Do not use “PRIC” Embed social media feeds that display adult content directly on your “PRIC” profile.
3. Do not use “PRIC” to Advertise full-service sex work.
4. Do not use “PRIC” Share adult content created with generative AI that impersonates another individual.
5. Do not use “PRIC” Use “PRIC” commerce or payment-locked links to collect payment or donations for adult content directly through “PRIC”.

• Hate Speech: “PRIC” encourages sharing beliefs and ideas, provided they do not cause harm, incite hatred or violence, or discriminate based on race, colour, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability, or medical condition. We do not support the glorification of those who perpetrate hatred, violence, or discrimination.

• Electoral Fraud: Do not use “PRIC” to interfere with electoral processes, which includes misleading the public about participation details or selling your right to vote.

• URLs: “PRIC” usernames are for everyone. Do not buy, sell, hoard, or trade usernames. Avoid securing a username without intending to use it or with the intent to prevent others from using it or to profit from reselling it. This practice is illegal in some countries, and “PRIC” prohibits it.

1. Illegal Goods and Services: Do not use “PRIC” to advertise, encourage, or facilitate the sale of regulated or illegal goods, services, or activities, including but not limited to: Alcohol, controlled substances, tobacco products (including e-cigarettes), weapons and related accessories, fireworks and explosives, human body parts or fluids, endangered species or parts, regulated plants, insects, animals, adoption/surrogacy offers, counterfeit goods, recalled items, stolen items, multi-level marketing products, embargoed goods, hazardous materials, identification documents, personal information or mailing lists, gambling and betting games (excluding fantasy sports), human trafficking.

Content targeting minors must not promote anything inappropriate, unsafe, or exploitative.

• Spam and Fraud: Do not use “PRIC” for spamming or scamming. This includes:
• Linking to external sites that fraudulently gather personal information.
• Creating numerous accounts to advertise goods/services or collect affiliate funds.

• Harassment: Do not use “PRIC” to intimidate, harass, threaten, or bully individuals.

• Extremist/Terrorist Content: Do not use “PRIC” to promote, glorify, or fundraise for extremist groups or their activities.

• Child Harm: “PRIC” has zero tolerance for child harm. Do not upload or link to content that harms minors, including child sexual abuse material and solicitation of minors. We report any such content to relevant authorities.

• Self-Harm: While we support healthy discussions about recovery, we prohibit content that promotes or glorifies suicide, self-mutilation, or disordered eating. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please seek help from organizations such as 7 Cups, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, Suicide Prevention / Mental Health Helplines  or IMAlive.

• Shocking or Violent Content: Do not use “PRIC” to share content intended to shock or disturb, such as gore, mutilation, or excessive violence.

• Copyright and Trademark: Respect intellectual property rights. Do not upload content that infringes on copyright, trademarks, or patents. If you believe your rights are being infringed upon, contact us. support@thepric.com

• Privacy and Impersonation: Protect individual privacy. Do not expose others’ personal information or collect it without legal basis. Do not create profiles that impersonate others or expose private media, including AI-generated content. If you collect personal data, provide a compliant privacy notice.

• Misinformation: Do not use “PRIC” to spread misinformation or disinformation that jeopardizes public safety. This includes false content about current events, social issues, medical treatments, and more. Content created with AI to impersonate, harass, sexualize, or misinform is also prohibited.
