Step-by-Step Guide for Completing  KYC on PRIC

 

Completing your KYC on PRIC is a straightforward process aimed at enhancing your account security and unlocking exciting features. Follow these steps to complete your KYC smoothly:

1) By clicking on “Proceed,” you can initiate the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

 

 

2) Agree to Terms and Conditions: Proceed with the KYC process by agreeing to all PRIC terms and conditions. Tick the checkbox to indicate your agreement and submit

 

3) Provide Aadhar and PAN Details: To complete the KYC process, you’ll need to provide your Aadhar and PAN card details from DigiLocker. Enter your Aadhar number and the code displayed on the screen. Then, proceed to the next step.

 

 

4)  Enter your Aadhar number and the code displayed on the screen. Then, proceed to the next step.

 

5) OTP Verification: Upon entering your Aadhar number, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP and continue.

 

6) DigiLocker Authentication: Enter your DigiLocker password to allow the system to automatically collect your PAN card and Aadhar card details for KYC.

7) Video Verification Guidelines:

·       Solo Recording: Ensure that there are no other individuals visible in the video frame.

·       Facial Clarity: Your face must be clearly visible from head to neck without blurriness or obstruction.

·       Audible OTP: Clearly speak the OTP (One-Time Password) in front of the camera during the recording.

·       Recording Duration: The video will be recorded for 10 seconds. Record your video and choose either “Submit” or “Retake” as necessary.

Additional Points:

·       Glasses: Do not wear glasses during the verification process.

·       Headgear: Avoid covering your hair with caps, hats, or scarves.

·       Photo Restrictions: Do not use previously taken photos or take shirtless photos for verification purposes.

Following these guidelines will ensure a smooth video verification process.

 

8) After recording the video, click on the “Submit” button to proceed, or you have the option to take a retake if needed.

 

9) Bank Account Addition: As per your KYC details, add your bank account and submit.

10) Completion: Congratulations! Your KYC process is now complete.
